        We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. All payments are processed via secure providers like ePayco and PayPal<\/strong>. As an international seller (Non-Resident Alien), we comply with tax withholding and reporting regulations through our payment gateways and production partners.<\/p>\n

        SECTION 3 \u2013 PRODUCTS AND SERVICES<\/h3>\n

        Music Production:<\/strong> Dark Sounds services begin only after payment confirmation.<\/p>\n

        Merchandise Availability:<\/strong> Availability may vary by region. Sales Tax<\/strong> for US orders or IVA<\/strong> for Colombian orders will be calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location.<\/p>\n

        SECTION 4 \u2013 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND AI<\/h3>\n

        Dave LNG exclusively owns all logos and original music. Images edited or generated via Artificial Intelligence<\/strong> are owned by the brand and considered curated artistic works.<\/p>\n

        SECTION 5 \u2013 RETURN AND REFUND POLICY<\/h3>\n

        • Colombia:<\/strong> Under Law 1480, you have 5 business days to request a return (Right of Withdrawal). Items must be unworn.<\/li>\n
        • International (Printful):<\/strong> Returns are only accepted for factory defects or shipping errors. Since products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for “buyer’s remorse” or incorrect size selection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Digital Services:<\/strong> No refunds are offered for music services once the production process has started.<\/p>\n

          These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. For international sales, we adhere to the economic nexus and tax guidelines for foreign sellers in the United States.<\/p>\n

El env\u00edo a trav\u00e9s de transportadoras locales (como Servientrega o Env\u00eda) tarda de 1 a 3 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles en ciudades principales y hasta 5 d\u00edas en zonas remotas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Nota sobre Aduanas:<\/strong> Para pedidos internacionales fuera de EE. Shipping usually takes an additional 5\u201310 business days depending on the state or country of destination.                       Customs Note:<\/strong> For international orders outside the USA or Colombia, the customer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that their country\u2019s authorities may require.                       • Producci\u00f3n Musical y Arreglos:<\/strong> Cada proyecto es personalizado. El pago inicial cubre el inicio de la obra. Se incluyen hasta dos (2) rondas de revisiones menores por proyecto. Cualquier cambio estructural tras la aprobaci\u00f3n final tendr\u00e1 un costo adicional.<\/li>\n
                      • Licencias de Uso:<\/strong> A menos que se firme un contrato de transferencia de derechos por escrito, Dave LNG retiene la propiedad intelectual de las composiciones y producciones. El cliente recibe una licencia de uso (comercial o personal seg\u00fan el contrato) tras el pago total.<\/li>\n
                      • Contenido Descargable (Beats, Samples, Art):<\/strong> Debido a la naturaleza intangible de los productos digitales (archivos MP3, WAV, PDF, etc.), no se ofrecen reembolsos<\/strong> una vez que el enlace de descarga ha sido generado o enviado.<\/li>\n

                        • Music Production and Arrangements:<\/strong> Each project is custom-made. The initial payment covers the commencement of the work. We include up to two (2) rounds of minor revisions per project. Any structural changes after final approval will incur additional costs.<\/li>\n
                        • Usage Licenses:<\/strong> Unless a written copyright transfer agreement is signed, Dave LNG retains intellectual property of all compositions and productions. The client receives a usage license (commercial or personal as per the contract) upon full payment.<\/li>\n
                        • Downloadable Content (Beats, Samples, Art):<\/strong> Due to the intangible nature of digital products (MP3, WAV, PDF, etc. files), no refunds are offered<\/strong> once the download link has been generated or sent.<\/li>\n
                        • “Free Download” Usage:<\/strong> Assets marked as free are for personal or promotional use only.
